For achieving academic excellence, the faculties are assigned with various responsibilities under various capacities in pertinence to academic affairs. These committees look into students grievances in respect of teaching standards. Periodic induction training and development programmes for teachers are conducted. Seminars are held in various advanced area of research in field of Engineering and Technology for students and faculties. Personality Development Programmes are conducted regularly for all students. Rules, Regulations and Guidelines for academic administration are being decided/ amended by involving the concerned personnel of academic interests.

 

Ø      Mechanism/ Norms & Procedure for democratic / good Governance

Regular structured discussions / presentation, interactions with students and staffs are held in relations to academic affairs and other various activities for good democratic / good Governance. Suitable mechanisms are evolved for statutory checking’s specific to the quality of education like personnel records of education, skills/experience, research and training. Determination of the criteria and procedure to ensure effectiveness of the operation and control of the processes of good governance through proper planning and co-ordination.

Periodic meetings of HOD’s, Dean Academics, Principal, Director (C.A.), with Vice Chairman/ Chairman are held for redressal of the grievances of the staffs, faculties and students.
