In our Learning Resource Centers, provide an extensive range of materials to supplement your own core texts for all levels, these include books, journals, newspapers, videos and DVDs. We also develop topic information files to help you with your assignments in the Learning Resource Centers. You will be able to access a range of electronic resources including e-mail, the College Intranet and Virtual Learning Environment, the Internet, and other databases for research and assignment purposes.

Friendly, experienced and qualified staff is at hand to provide you with support for information searching so that you can make best use of the resources and your time. As a student in our College you will be able to enjoy CD based learning within your own course .Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), making full use of the latest modern learning medium. Learning becomes More interesting, visual and interactive activities are available, more easily, resources are accessible, coursework can be emailed, progress tracked and much more.

Hostel facility is available separately for boys and girls. The hostels provide modern spacious and well-furnished accommodation to the students. It is equipped with mess facility, which provides quality and nutritious food to the inmates. A full time warden is assigned to each hostel, who acts as a friend, philosopher and guide at the same time maintains strict discipline and hygiene in hostel.

The college provides a healthy environment in the canteen and makes sure that quality food is served at reasonable price. The canteen helps the students refresh themselves with snacks to meal. The working of the canteen is strictly monitored to adhere to acceptable standards of hygiene .

Utmost care is taken by the management of KGI to give the feeling of "a home away from home” to the students. Seperate hostels are available for students studying in B.tech, Diploma, ITI and the post graduate students such as MBA/MCA

KGI provides the students regular transport facility to and from their places,In addition for round the clock transport facility The college has a regular bus service plying to and fro from all major regions of Bhubaneswar town to the college premises for the purpose of conveying students and staff conveniently.

KGI recently opened a Multi Gym and Fitness Centre for both students and faculty. A well stocked gym consists of the following equipments The gym also has an instructor who is an aerobics and martial art expert. Everybody uses the Gym under his watchful eyes
